Claudio Ranieri, who was sacked by Fulham last week, is set to take charge until the end of the season. It will be his second spell in the Roma hot seat.Monchi was expected to leave the Serie A club at the end of the season, but his exit has been brought forward. A club statement read: “AS Roma and sporting director Ramon Rodriguez Verdejo, more commonly known as Monchi, can confirm that the two parties have reached a mutual agreement to bring an early end to their professional relationship.“The club would like to thank Monchi for his work while at the club.”
